31 responses were in favour of the proposal (10 of these appear to be form letters) saying it was a tasteful development that will "address youth unemployment", provide jobs for tradies, provide investment for the shire and rates for council.
25 responses noted a range concerns and suggested improvements for the development including the unsuitability of the medium density zoning, lack of green space and the clear felling of every tree. Council planners felt these concerns were not relevant to make any further changes.
