The Rural Fire Service has continued its work on the Community Protection Plan (CPP), focusing mainly on how it interacts with the Broulee Biodiversity Certification strategy that Eurobodalla Shire are undertaking. The Biodiversity Certification strategy is going back out on public display and given this it is timely to have information sessions for the CPP. The information sessions will be held:
Members of the Community Protection Planning Team (NSW Rural Fire Service and Eurobodalla Shire Council) along with members of the local Broulee Rural Fire Brigade will be at the information sessions. Drop in and meet the team, check out the Bush Fire Survival Map and Bush Fire Preparation Maps to get an appreciation of the level of threat you are facing from bush fire along with what mitigation works are being undertaken in the area and what you can do to better protection your family and property.

- 4-6pm Saturday 1 February 2014 near the Muffin Shop Pacific Street, Mossy Point.
